Whats attainable 1 - 3 years post grad Find the balance: If you have an operations background - get technical experience If you have a technical background - get operations experience Be willing to walk in a lot of different shoes to gain knowledge and experience Get certified as soon as the opportunity presents Be at the right place at the right time
