  6. Definitions- Network Terms HIE Health Information Exchange The electronic movement of health-related information among organizations according to nationally recognized standards. HIO Health Information Organization An organization that oversees and governs the exchange at health-related information among organizations according to nationally recognized standards. RHIO Regional Health Information Organization A health information organization that brings together healthcare stakeholders within a defined geographic area and governs health information exchange among them for the purpose of improving health and care in that community. Definitions- E-Records Terms EMR Electronic Medical Record An electronic record of health-related information on an individual that can be created, gathered, managed and consulted by authorized clinicians and staff within one healthcare organization. EHR Electronic Health Record An electronic record of health-related information on an individual that conforms to nationally recognized interoperability standards and that can be created, managed and consulted by authorized clinicians and staff across more than one healthcare organization. PHR Personal Health Record An electronic record of health-related information on an individual that conforms to nationally recognized interoperability standards and that can be drawn from multiple sources while being managed, shared and controlled by the individual.   15. استاندارد HL7 چيست؟ • HL7 استانداردي براي انتقال اطلاعات کلينيکي و مديريتي بين سيستم‌هاي رايانه‌اي حوزه بهداشت و سلامت مي باشد. • اين استاندارد مبتني بر مفهوم تبادل پيغام بين دو سيستم مي‌باشد. • پيغامHL7يک واحد اتمي از داده‌هاي قابل انتقال بين سيستم‌هاست. • با توجه به افزايش آگاهي, نيازها تجربه و پيشرفت تکنولوژي اين استاندارد به صورت پيوسته در حال تکميل و گسترش مي باشد.   17. مشخصات نگارش 2 استاندارد HL7 • نسخه 2 استاندارد HL7 اساسا" مقصود نظر توليدکنندگان نرم افزارهاي بيمارستاني و متخصصين برنامه‌هاي رابط بود که هدف آنها انتقال اطلاعات کلينيکي و توليد ابزارهايي براي تبادل اطلاعات از يک برنامه به برنامه ديگر بوده است. • نگارش هاي مختلفي از اين سري استاندارد از نگارش 2.0 الي 2.7 ارائه شده است. • در اين سري از استاندارد بسياري از قسمت ها توسط خود کاربران قابل تعريف مي باشند.   26. مشخصات نگارش 3 استاندارد HL7 • نسخه 3 اين استاندارد توسط متخصصين اطلاعات پزشکي تهيه مي‌شود که کار آنها مطالعه چگونگي توليد اطلاعات پزشکي مي‌باشد. به همين علت نسخه 3 استاندارد بيشتر بر خود داده‌هاي سلامت متمرکز است تا چگونگي انتقال داده‌ها • روند تعريف پيغام در نسخه 3 مبتني بر مدلهاي اطلاعاتي است که داده ها را با روش شيءگرا ارائه مي‌کند. يعني شامل کلاسها، رابطه‌ها، خواص (Properties)، وضعيت‌ها (States) و قيود (Constrains) مي‌باشد. اين مدل اطلاعاتي در مراحل مختلف پالايش مي‌شود تا به تعريف يک پيغام که مي‌تواند بين سيستم‌هاي مختلف مبادله شود، برسد. • در اين نسخه از استاندارد عملا“ بسياري از قسمت ها توسط خود استاندارد از قبل تعريف شده است و کاربران اختيارات محدودی براي تغيير در آن را دارند.
