  4. Caps Current Uses: Share to Social Used in Game Notes Emails • Game Day email that includes statistics and preview plus updates about game day events at Verizon Center • Distributed to Season ticket holders and fans who have opted in

Current Uses: Limitations to Customization • Unable to share the actual email (online version) only specific URLs to FB and Twitter • Unable to customize the “Title” portion of the shared message in Facebook • Insert/Edit Hyperlink -> Title -> Preview: Caps vs. Lightning 5/1/11 The text within the “Title” line does not correctly align with the post.

  6. Current Uses: Limitations to Customization • Unable to control the thumbnail that is pulled into the shared message. • Unable to redirect links for Facebook sharing. (User interface problem - Twitter is possible, Facebook is not.
