Since our beginning TWS has been the industry leader in on-site, on-demand, portable warehouse buildings. • Past clients include: GM, Lockheed Martin, USN, USAF, Siemens, Tutor-Saliba, Italcementi Group, Duke Energy, and Waldinger Corp. The Service • TWS provides delivery anywhere in the US and Canada. • The structure can be installed on ANY relatively flat surface. • Our experienced and highly trained crew will professionally install your structure. • When your project is complete, call TWS and we will remove all materials. • Returning your site to it’s original condition! Vacant lot to useable space and back again!

  5. The Cost • Structures can be Leased or purchased! • Lease rates per Sq. Ft. are comparable to conventional off-site warehousing. • Purchase price could be a fraction of the cost of permanent construction. • Ask about our purchase with Buy-Back option!
