  2. Grade 4 Daily record of class work is kept by student in diary. Daily review of class work is recommended. Grade 5 Daily record of class work is kept by student in diary. Daily review of class work is mandatory. Class Work

  3. Grade 4 Reading homework is assigned daily. Written Homework begins in Term 3 Grade 5 Reading homework is assigned daily. Homework schedule issued at start of year 15 minutes per subject per day Parents are asked to monitor (not do) homework. Homework

  5. Grade 4 AMS Eng and Math - weekly CAT tests twice per term Plus end of term exams Exams • Grade 5 • AMS English and Math – weekly using ITL. • AMS scores below 80% automatic retake prep and retake during exam • PERIODIC exams - weekly • Plus end of term exams • All exams in the Exams Hall

  11. New for Grade 5 • School until 16:05 and one SLO activity per day. (Study groups and boosters occur during SLO period) • Advising is added “study periods” disappear from schedule

  14. Grade 4 Academic and behaviour issues are dealt with by the Primary Academic Coordinator Grade 5 Academic issues are dealt with by the Lower Academic Secondary Coordinator. Behaviour issues are dealt with by the SMC Student Issues
