GALE 資料庫 使用統計下載說明. 管理端首頁. 1. 登入後資料庫頁面上方會出現單位名稱 2. 點選 ”Reports” 進入. 使用統計網頁. 如要線上預覽使用統計 - 點選 ”View Now”. 設定統計資料時間範圍 . 數據呈現方式. 輸入使用統計時間起訖. 數據呈現方式 1.Usage summary: 所有資料庫使用總計 . 2.Usage by Database: 各資料庫分別使用統計. [Usage Summary]. [Usage by Database]. GALE 資料庫使用統計網頁.

  2. 管理端首頁 1.登入後資料庫頁面上方會出現單位名稱 2.點選”Reports”進入

  3. 使用統計網頁 如要線上預覽使用統計-點選”View Now”

  4. 設定統計資料時間範圍.數據呈現方式 輸入使用統計時間起訖. 數據呈現方式 1.Usage summary: 所有資料庫使用總計. 2.Usage by Database: 各資料庫分別使用統計

  7. GALE資料庫使用統計網頁 傳送使用統計至指定信箱-點選”E-mailNow”

  8. E-mail now: Gale Report 輸入使用統計時間起訖. 圈選報表內容 檔案格式 是否需要壓縮 以附件方式寄出 輸入郵件地址

  9. E-mail now: COUNTER Usage Report 選擇今年/去年的資料 勾選報表內容-COUNTER報告 檔案格式 是否需要壓縮 以附件方式寄出 輸入郵件地址

  10. [Sign up for monthly]每月寄送 設定每月寄送(可發送給多人)
