Objectifs Objectif principal Evaluer la morbidité de la chirurgie du prolapsus, toutes techniques confondues et sur l’ensemble du territoire français (privé / public / CHU), par les Gynécologues, pendant une durée de 24 mois, en collectant au moins 4000-5000 interventions Objectifs secondaires Evaluer les techniques pratiquées (VH/VB, prothèses/techniques traditionnelles)

Techniques - 3327 interventions enregistrées entre mai 2010 et décembre 2011 - 276 chirurgiens gynécologues - 2563 interventions VB (77,2%) et 764 VH Voie haute : 610 (79,8%) ont été réalisées par coelioscopie (dont 58 robot-assistées) polypropylène 62,6% / sutures 89,1% prothèse postérieure fixée aux élévateurs 69,7% des cas hystérectomie 40,4% / BSU 25,7% Voie basse : 2055 cures de cystocèle / 1456 suspensions apicales / 1208 cures de rectocèles prothèses synthétiques 49,8% cystocèle (TO 83,4%) / 32,1% rectocèle suspensions apicales : SSF 57,8% / bandelette post. 22,5% Taux de réintervention: 2,7% vs 3,4% (p=0,3)

  4. Complications PER-OP : 194/3327 (5,8%)

  5. Complications POST-OP : 858/3327 (25,8%)

  6. Conclusion • Des complications sévères peuvent survenir après les deux types de voie d’abord de la chirurgie des prolapsus génitaux • La connaissance de la fréquence de ces complications est importante pour l’information pré-opératoire des patientes
