Overview of 2008-09 Assessment Plan ACUITY Grades 3-8 Extended Day Program: • Three tests: • A = October 15 (Math) & October 16 (Reading) • B = January `13 (Math) & January 14 (Reading) • C = May 13 (Math) and 14 (Reading) • Multiple Choice + Open-ended Questions • CTB scores Open-Ended items NO TEACHER SCORING • Materials will arrive the week before • This round will have separate answer sheets for Math & Reading
Overview of 2008-09 Assessment Plan ACUITY Grades 1 & 2 Extended Day Program • Two Acuity test administrations: • January 13 (Math) & January 14 (Reading) • May 13 (Math) & May 14 (Reading)
EAP Professional Development • The Lead Teachers at this workshop • Will attend the 2-hour professional development sessions • Will train other EAP teachers back at school • Dates • September (23, 24,25) • November (18,19,20) • February (10,11,12) • Re-delivery at school – approximately 1 hour
