This study investigates the impact of AFIP mutations and immune system markers on early response and recurrence in MG patients. Analyzing data across different age groups and sites, the research aims to identify patterns linked to 9p loss, KIT expression, and CD34 levels. The study delves into the roles of ETV1, PROM1//CD133, and other genes in proliferation and vascular involvement. Results suggest associations between RPS6KA1, EPHA4, and PDGFRA with immune response, and PRKCA with relapse risk. Findings on IGFBP5, IGF1, and SPON1 highlight vascular factors in MG progression.
