  3. Reports Direct from the Console Retail Sales Report

  4. Click on the Retail Management module at the top of the screen

  5. Notice the help and reports on the right hand side change dynamically as you click. Now in the reports section, click the + symbol next to sales

  6. Click the Advanced Account, Stat & Class Report

  7. Notice how you can filter by date right down to specific items and vendor Now click the Stat Code magnifying glass

  8. Notice how you can select individual items for the report by ticking the boxes Now click OK

  9. Now click the file icon

  10. Notice you can export this report in multiple ways Now click close

  11. Click preview to see the report. Notice you can changed how the report is sorted and if you want full detail or just a summary report

  14. Click the F+B Management module button at the top of the screen

  15. In the report section, click the + symbol next to the sales

  16. Click the Sales by Time report

  17. Notice how you can filter date and day of week. Click anywhere

  18. Notice how can you filter start, end times and time interval. Click anywhere

  19. Notice how you can filter by employee, items and A/C codes. Click Preview

  20. Notice how for the filters imposed you can obtain key information. Including number of transactions against hourly time period, value of those sales and the percentage of those sales to show busy periods

  21. Reports Direct from the Console The previously shown reports in this section of the power point presentation are just small examples of the powerful reporting suite IBS has. We have 100’s of built in reports based on requests from over 1000 golf clubs, some of which are standard and some that can be customised. All of these can be accessed easily, have multiple filter options and can be exported in a number of ways.

  23. Click on Launch Dashboard

  24. Your own personal dashboard is associated with your login details and follows you no matter which PC you login at – Click the red bar on the left hand side

  25. Notice how this action gives you the actual value associated with that employee’s sales. Click on chart manager

  26. Chart manager is the easy way to design your own dashboard and reports. Pick from a multitude of available reports and use the arrow keys to move them to selected charts area – Click OK

  27. You can have up to 8 reports in your personal dashboard and arrange them how you prefer. Click Sales by Account Code (stacked bar)

  28. Click the set up spanner icon

  29. Notice you can filter the dashboard report by date range – Click anywhere

  30. Notice you can filter the bar chart by timescales – Click anywhere

  31. Notice how you can filter by departments or combine departments. Click anywhere

  32. Notice how you can filter by picking specific account codes. Click OK at the bottom of the screen

  33. Set your refresh rate and the dashboard will pull the live data every 10 minutes giving you a personalised live dashboard

  34. Reports Live Dashboard The previously shown dashboard in this section of the power point presentation is customisable and personal to every employee. The reports range from employee sales right through to tee time reports.

  35. Reports Business Intelligence

  36. To use our business intelligence tool we have written an “Add-In” for Excel. Click the Add-Ins tab at the top of the tool bar

  37. Click the BI tab

  38. You then have the option to export literally any data from the system database and BI will compile it into readable reports and graphs with the ability to consolidate across all of your club or groups departments – these reports are 100% customisable

  39. Reports Business Intelligence Flash Report

  40. This a an example of a corporate flash report based on rounds and green fee values for all courses on a day, week and month basis – Click within the red circle to zoom in

  41. Easily select new dates in the area marked by the red arrow to instantly change the real-time data – Click inside the red circle to zoom in

  42. You determine what rounds you want to view by picking the member types, customer type, player type and related green fees to get a custom report

  43. The equivalent flash report data is automatically put into graphical formats – Click the red circle to zoom

  44. Click within the red circle to zoom in further

  45. The graphs represent a club or group with multiple courses, how many rounds and the value, as green fee revenue

  46. This pie charts report consolidates the flash report data information over all of the departments – Click the red circle to zoom in

  47. Easily determine the average spend of each customer by department.

  49. Select how you wish to view the data, choose the course and enter the date range you require – Click anywhere

  50. Easily break down tee time reports at the click of the mouse – Click anywhere
