Access Control or Head Count • Wristbands or cards are issued at the registration counter and visitors proceed towards the entry gate where the respective Tags are read by the reader. • Once the tags are read the system checks with the database and authorizes the visitor by displaying his name and a welcome message. • This may also include the visitors picture and audio.

  4. Personalised welcome greetings Personalised Welcome message display for every guest

  5. E-purse or Kit distribution • Guest kit distribution as per authentication . • Issue value added smart RFID card or band. • Payment through RFID Card. • Cashless payment system for cafeteria.

How does this work • Step 1 : Registration of the visitor (Offline or Online) • a) Filling up a form • b) Information entered in the database corresponding to a unique id. • Step 2 : Issuing a RFID wristband or Smart Card • Step 3 : Access Control • Once an Individual scans the card/Wristband against the Particular Reader, • the same is authorized and he/she is granted entry. • Step 4 : Welcome Message display • Step 5 : As the Individual scans the wristband against a particular reader , the update is made on the social site. NOTE : Each reader will be assigned a particular function . • E.g. A reader may be configured to like a particular page or may me used to sent a status update of the visitor on any social networking site.
