Workshops • 1 workshop: a legislative framework of fruit and vegetables quality control, introduction to the international standardization, detailed interpretation of Annex IV of the EC Regulation 1148/2001, detailed presentation of the sampling procedures • 4 workshops: presentation of the quality marketing standards • Practical examples, test

  11. Study tours • Slovakia (a grower and a pack station for mushrooms, several growers and pack stations of asparagus, orchards of apples, pears and cherries, a pack station for different fruits and vegetables)
