CSCS & SMSTS card is essential to get this job. Ultimately, you will be responsible for ensuring materials required for the project are: Delivered on time Quality/quantity checked Protected and stored Distributed in a safe manner Waste is reduced and environmental impact managed Budgets adhered to and cost controlled Objectives: Excellent Health & Safety standards Exceed customer expectations Prepare detailed materials procurement programmes and schedules, monitor and update. Carry out stock controls to accurately forecast materials requirements including deficiency Thoroughly check buyer take offs and order quantity, quality and size against the contract drawings to ensure there are no discrepancies in material requirements. Assist Site Managers in the preparation of site set up and logistics plans & in the preparation of waste management.
