GVH Connectors

Many applications require a wire-to-board connector that is sub-miniature in size but offers many of the attributes of connectors larger in size.

The GVH Series wire-to-board connectors are on a 1.25mm (.049”) pitch, molded in a 94V0 PBT, SMT compatible, polarized and have a secure positive locking feature including an audible click and tactile feedback, when mated. The series has an operating temperature range of -25 C to +85 C including temperature rise when applying an electrical current. The series is offered in 2~15 circuit sizes.

The GVH single row crimp style wire-to-board connector series is available in 2 through 15 circuits. The series is rated at 1.0 amp AC/DC using a 26AWG wire, has a rating of 50 volts AC/DC and operates in a temperature range of -25 degrees centigrade to +85 degrees centigrade.

The GVH single row crimp style wire-to-board contacts will accommodate a wire range of 30 to 26 AWG . Contacts are tin plated brass providing for a very reliable contact interface and cost effective solution.

GVH SINGLE ROW HEADERS

RoHS compliant (lead free) 94V0 6T Nylon surface mount headers are available in either top (vertical) mount or side (right angle) mount. Header contacts are tin plated phosphor bronze and reinforcements (for additional mechanical strength) are tin plated brass. Headers are provided on embossed tape for automatic insertion equipment.
