  3. About • Each player in the top ten is either a Captain of their team, or an assistant captain. Sidney Crosby, who has the most points, has been in the top ten for points for 2 consecutive years. Every player that is in the top ten for points, is becoming a better player every game, a little more than half these players are under 30 years old. Crosby is looking to beat Wayne Gretzky’s career points of 2857. Crosby is young, and will hopefully break the record in all of NHL (National Hockey League).
