  2. Back Care Awareness Week is a one-week event organized by BackCare, the UK's top charity for people with back or neck pain, every year in October. It aims to raise awareness about back issues, their symptoms, side effects, treatment, and prevention by giving people and businesses information, guidance, and advice. 2020: It will be held on October 3-7, 2022. Back Care Awareness Week We often don't pay attention to our back health because we don't know about it. But, from the way we sit, stand, and sleep to the way we eat, everything we do can affect our back health.

It sends information from the brain to the body and back again. These nerve signals help us feel and move our bodies.
