Ann Ungs, Physical Therapist Blank Children’s Hospital Pediatric Therapy • Nominated by a peer, who is the mother of a child in the Dance Without Limits program • Co-nominated with Monika Peltz, Dance Instructor • Collaborated to use assistive devices to enable children with disabilities to participate in dance class
