  2. Apple spec 069-0135 New requirement on PFOS/PFOA • Apple has released the new environmental specifications and requested PFOS/PFOA test reports on paints, inks etc coating materials. • Effective Date: This specification takes effect on October 1, 2013

Apple spec 099-3471 New requirement on Beryllium • Apple has released the new environmental specifications (099-3471) and requested Beryllium (鈹) test reports on all materials except plastic - like adhesive, mylar, tape, resin, polymer, paper) • Effective Date: This specification takes effect on October 24, 2014

  9. How to Log-in to Complete PAL MD Supplier Code+ three digital code (for example) FOX111 Password: agile (preinstall) If you want to change preinstall code, please log in PDM system first

PAL MD/ Cover Page Three Confirm whether component has ink or not (fill in Yes/No by scroll function) If yes, must fill in the test result If no, must fill in 0 If Ink PFOA is not “0”, Please fill the contained location for the maximum value of Ink PFOA Confirm whether component has paint or not (fill in Yes/No by scroll function) If yes, must fill in the test result If no, must fill in 0 If Ink PFOA is not “0”, Please fill the contained location for the maximum value of paint PFOA Beryllium All components or homogeneous belonged to Plastic : Confirm whether components or homogeneous are plastic (fill in Yes/No by scroll function) Beryllium If No, must provide test report and fill in the test result If Yes, must fill in 0 Beryllium If Beryllium is not “0”, Please fill the contained location for the maximum value of BerylliumIf Beryllium is “0”, Please fill the contained location for NA

  16. PAL MD Status to ”Compliance Review” Input the password (default: agile) which used for accessing the website: green.quantatw.com 1 Click ”OK” will change PAL MD from ”Open to Supplier” to ”Compliance Review” 2
