  1. Healthy Resolutions for New Year A resolution is basically a promise that you make every year with yourself, that you make yourself follow and make them accomplish every year. And this cycle is repeated every year. By taking resolution every year you make yourself go for it in any situation or condition so that you don't break your resolution. It's not necessary for everybody to take a resolution and complete it fully. It's that you have you make yourself go for it to make it happen, challenging yourself that you can do it and it all depends on the person's "WillPower". Let's take an example If a person has taken a resolution of going to Gym every day and staying fit. Then that person has to make every day make it possible to go Gym for a workout and stay fit. Staying healthy is one thing that everyone wants in today's time and by taking a resolution you would never want to break that promise to yourself. Follow a proper Diet: You can make a resolution to follow a proper diet plan, so don't skip breakfast because skipping breakfast gives you the munchies later on and slows your metabolism down. Starting the day with yogurt and fruit or whole-grain cereal with low-fat milk. Try not to let more than five hours go by without eating. Waiting too long can zap energy, and can lead to overeating later. Eat a (healthy) snack between lunch and dinner, maybe right before leaving work so you will be less likely to grab snack foods once you get home. 2. Daily Workout: You should make a proper workout routine. And since your body is designed to move. Physical activity is extremely essential in all the walks of life.
