Improving Student Nutrition: Reassessing Lunch Options for EP3 Academy Students

This report examines the nutritional inadequacy of current lunch options available to EP3 students, such as those from Mediatech and Chess. The existing meal, primarily consisting of ham and cheese sandwiches, fails to meet essential dietary needs, providing only 398 calories and limited nutrients. Recommendations include staggering recess and lunch times to improve accessibility to healthier meals, like economical rice, which can fulfill the necessary caloric and nutritional requirements for optimal student health and engagement.
