Bottling Lines • 6000 bottles per hour and 4000 bottles per hour • All composants are sterilised at 90°c with steam and water • Lot numbers on bottles • 2 samples from each bottling are kept for quality control and future analysis as necessary • An internal laboratory supervised by two inhouse oenologists
