  1. Issues: • Providing access to information about the library and information literacy remotely. Solution: • Adobe Presenter and Abode Captivate used to produce iLectures. • iPods, Audacity & Adobe Audition used to produce multilingual audio (podcast) files.

  2. Impacts: • Equal access for all students to information about using the library and learning about Information Literacy. • Improved student usage for information resources to complete assessment tasks.
