  3. Schaukelringe 2 • Beine geschlossen- Ball halten • Material: • 1 Paar Schaukelringen- 3 kleine Matten- 5 Tennisbälle

  4. Schaukelringe 3 • Beine geschlossen- Rücken gerade • Material: • 1 Paar Schaukelringen - 3 kleine Matten

  5. Schaukelringe 4 • Hüfte hoch- Winkel Arm/Rumpf 90° • Material: • 1 Paar Schaukelringen - 2 kleine Matten- 1 Gummitwist

  6. Schaukelringe 5 • Beine geschlossen oder im Winkel • Material: • 1 Paar Schaukelringen - 3 kleine Matten- 1 Schwedekasten- 2 Pfosten- 3 Springseilen

  7. Boden 1: • Arme gestreckt- Beine geschlossen- Position C+ • Material: • 1 Bank- 1 kleine Matte- 1 Matte 16 cm- 1 Kasten-Oberteil- 1 Lumpe

  8. Boden 2: • Arme gestreckt- Position I- Rückwärts (vorwärts) • Material: • 2 Bänke-1 grosse Matte 40cm-1 Matte 16 cm-2 kleine Matten-1 Seil

  9. Boden 3: • Gleichgewicht- langsam laufen, ohne Füsse anzusehen- vorwärts, rückwärts • Material: • 1 Bank-1 Bock-2 kleine Matten

  10. Boden 4: • hochspringen-mit Hilfe der Arme und Beine… • Material: • 1 Reuther-1 glatte Mauer oder Matte- Post-it- 2 Filzstifte

  11. Boden 5: • Position «Kerze»-sich aufrichten ohne die Hände zu benutzen-Ball fangen • Material: • 1 Matte 16 cm-1 kleine Matte-1 Ball
