MBCT-Ca basics
  • 3 times a year at Bangor Alaw Unit since 2001
  • Orientation and Assessment – 1 hour
  • 8 classes x 2 ½ hours a week.
  • 30 minutes home practice CD a day + new short practice every week.
  • 8-12 people in each group
  • A practice day after 6th class
  • Follow up class a month after end of the course
  • Open drop in monthly sessions
  • Patients of all diagnoses attend AFTER end of treatment
