Red Flags: • Provocative Photo • Reference drinking or drug use • Speaking badly of employers, clients or colleagues • Discriminatory comments • Lying about qualifications • Poor writing examples • Breach of confidentiality • Green Flags: • Good personality • Good fit within organization • Profile supports professional qualifications • Creativity • Solid Communication Skills • Good References • Awards and Accolades
