Antiretroviral therapy coverage in sub-Saharan Africa, 2003-2007

This report, published by WHO/UNAIDS/UNICEF in June 2008, highlights the progress and challenges in scaling up priority HIV/AIDS interventions in the health sector in sub-Saharan Africa. It provides data on antiretroviral therapy coverage, HIV prevalence among people newly infected with TB, percentage of pregnant women tested for HIV, and coverage of antiretrovirals to prevent mother-to-child transmission of HIV in low- and middle-income countries.
