  2. MCPS7: Project configuration • Fast and simple project setup by configuring in table form • Fast configuration of many channels using block operations • No programming or flow charts

MCPS7: online windows • Several types of display windows: Text, Bar graph, Solo window, Profile and Trend • Free number, size and position of windows • Window layout can be saved • Several windows of same type with different settings possible • Arrangement is done or changed during measurement

MCPS7: displaying historical data • Display of all saved data in text or trend form • 2 Cursors to get exact data values in trend window • Group manager to show only selected curves • Zoom functions to analyse specific time ranges or events • No other tool required (Export to csv-files possible)

MCPS7: statistics and math formulas • Statistical computation over historical data • Minimum, maximum, average, standard deviation and MKT • Polynomial regression by up to 20 x/y pairs • Integration of external math DLLs (e.g. mass flow computation, N.I.S.T) • Symbolic math formulas: SQRT(x1+x2) * sin(x3) + 1.23 • Additional virtual math channels

MCPS7: Applications • MCPS is used in several hundred applications with Keithley Integra or Agilent 34970A series: • Monitoring of temperature, voltage or current of PLCs (Siemens S7) in climate chambers (up to 5 years) • Monitoring of temperature of switches for electric components (Kostal) • Monitoring of fuel cells (VDE) • Degree of efficiency in power plants with mass flow computation (EON) • Monitoring of temperature, pressure and flow for development of cooling systems for trucks. Computation of thermodynamic properties of fluids online in MCPS (Carrier China). • Semiconductor applications (Micro electronics France) • Research and development, laboratories
