Central Indiana Chapter (#043)Highlights • Local engineering firm won 1st Place in Category II Institutional Buildings (Existing). • Partnered with other organizations: • Two day event with the Indiana Building Green Symposium • AIA, BOMA, IDA, USGBC • SMACNA • Building Commissioning Association • ISHE (Indiana Society of Hospital Engineers) • Awarded two, $1,500 student scholarships • Tour of Indianapolis Public Library Expansion Project and Knaff Insulation manufacturing plant

  3. Central Indiana Chapter (#043) Challenges & Solutions • Redesign of Chapter website to provide a better look and make more user friendly. New features to include: • Using PayPal for registration & payment of monthly meetings, donations, and other events • Committee chairs will have access to produce reports and update site according to their needs • Sell banner space to provide funds to help defray costs of website operation • Prepare for Region V CRC in 2011 by starting planning committee.
