  7. Reverberate- (verb) to re-echo, resound; to reflect or be reflected repeatedly As I stood in the middle of the valley, I tried reverberate my voice and hear it be carried for miles through the valley.

  8. Scurrilous • Coarsely abusive, vulgar or low, foul mouthed • The boy with a scurrilous mouth got in trouble from his teachers.

  9. Aura (Noun) that which sourroumds (as an atmosphere); a distinctive air or personal quality His head was surrounded by a bright yellow aura.

  10. Aggrandize • To increase in greatness, power or wealth; to build up or intensify; to make appear greater. It took a lot of work for Fred Smith to aggrandize FedEx, now every one knows it.

  11. Querulous (adj.) peevish, complaining, fretful Synonyms Petulant Touchy Cranky Irritable I was somehow in a querulous mood, and probably should have stayed home.

  12. (n.) a natural inclination or predilection toward (syn.) natural bent, proclivity, penchant (Ant.) natural incapacity or inability You have the propensity for taking my breath away. Propensity

  13. Remonstrate! (v.) to argue or plead with someone against something, protest against, object to. The couples began to remonstrate about the unpaid bills, they were behind on.

  14. Inscrutable (adj.) incapable of being understood; impossible to see through physically. The concept of pi is inscrutable to me because it never ends.

  15. Irrevocable Adj. Incapable of being changed or called back. -Some of us tend to think of the President as being irrevocable. In actuality he or she can still be impeached by congress.

  16. (Adj.) relating to, characteristic of, or situated on an island; narrow or isolated in outlook or experience Insular When the man washed up on the island and sat down, he became an insular resident

  17. To find out by reasoning; to arrive at a conclusion on the basis of thought; to hint, suggest, imply. Infer The teacher was astonished by what we had to infer on the topic suggested.

  18. Gossamer • (adj.) Thin, light, delicate, insubstantial • (n.) a very thin, light cloth • The wings of a butterfly are very gossamer, and are easily damaged.

  19. Contraband Please don’t let them check my hat…. • (n.) illegal traffic, smuggled goods; (adj.) illegal, prohibited • The man tried to use his hat to smuggle contraband through the airport.

Amorphous • (adj.) shapeless, without definite form; of no particular type or character; without organization, unity, or cohesion • The musical composition, with no melodic pattern and no well-defined structure of development, seemed amorphous to my ear. He had amorphous sheets of paper stacked on his desk.
