CLIC EDMS • Updating, changing of structure and co-administration of EDMS (Engineering & Equipment Data Management Services, https://edms.cern.ch) for the CLIC experiment (The Compact Linear Collider): • managing the access rights for EDMS documents • submitting documents to EDMS 2. PBS (Project Breakdown Structure): • updating the excel tables (EDMS #918792) • updating, changing of PBS in EDMS: - Hardware Baseline at 3 TeV (Proj. Id: AB-002476) - Hardware Baseline at 1.5 TeV (Proj. Id: AB-009038) - Hardware Baseline at 500 GeV (Proj. Id: AB-003903) M. Filippova, BE-RF-PM

Component Procurement • EDH (Electronic Document Handling System) work: https://edh.cern.ch • Departmental Request • Preparing of technical specifications for the supply of X-band RF components • Price enquiry made by Commercial Officer 3 to 5 bids requested (preparing the list of firms to be contacted for the related price enquiries) • Preparing of Purchase Requisition (DAI) • Contract follow-up: contacting companies concerning the status of the manufacturing process, the coordination of requirements and conditions of production manufacturing with firms.
