  2. Hello everyone, My name is strawby and I am here to present you ways to be healthy by eating healthy food. Healthy lunches can improve cells and muscles to work properly. It gives you nutrients which produces energy. Healthy food is full in vitamins and proteins.

  3. Hello everyone, My name is Turtler and I want to introduce you to my healthy lunch idea. Which keeps you happy and saturated. My food keeps your body saturated and full of energy. It is full in protein, nutrients and fat.

  5. Hello mate, Try this lunch meal. It will cheer you up!!!- Make a simple but tangy blue cheese mayonnaise - great with beef. With a fork, mash together 2 heaped tablespoons of sour cream, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 30g Gorgonzola (or other blue cheese) and snip in a few chives. Add salt and pepper to taste and spread over the bottom half of a burger bun. Top with shredded lettuce, a cooked beef burger, a slice of grilled smoked bacon and a few small chunks of blue cheese. Top with a slice of tomato and the other half of the bun. This is not the best choice for a healthy lunch.

Ingredients 2 Baby Gem lettuces, leaves separated 1 avocado, stoned and sliced 2 plum tomatoes, chopped 3 rashers cooked crispy bacon 140g/5oz cooked turkey breast or chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped into chunks For the dressing 75ml buttermilk 2 tbsp. light mayonnaise 1 tbsp. white wine vinegar 1 tbsp. chopped dill ½ garlic clove, crushed Method In a small bowl, whisk the dressing ingredients together with some salt. Arrange the salad ingredients separately on 2 plates or a platter, and serve with the dressing on the side.

This effect can last for several days. • Almost 80% of food commercials aired on Saturday morning children shows are for junk food. • What's more, people in the UK are even more attached to fast food than those in the USA, according to a BBC survey of 9,000 people in 13 countries, in which Brits topped the table for their junk food addiction.
