  4. Communicating Effectively ~ Good communication skills include listening and speaking effectively.

  5. ~ Good communication will help improve your relationships with your family, friends, teachers and other adults.

  6. GOOD COMUNICATION is needed for EVERY RELATIONSHIP!!!

  7. Practicing Wellness ~ Practicing healthy behaviors daily can help you have good life-long health.

  8. ~ Examples of healthy behaviors are getting enough sleep, choosing nutritious foods and avoiding risky behaviors.
