This update highlights the key themes and priorities for the CFO related to the European Social Fund (ESF) and its impact on custody and community sectors. We focus on delivering progress while emphasizing the differences in sub-groups and target groups. Important aspects include stakeholder engagement, procurement processes, and the role of specialist delivery organizations. The anticipated timetable for upcoming contracts and the expectations regarding activity pre-July until December 2015 are outlined, along with considerations for staff transfers and pension protections for probation staff.
