  1. September 5 • “Where Cougars Belong and Cougars Succeed” • REMEMBER, YOU MUST HAVE A BOOK OF YOUR OWN TO READ EVERY DAY IN MY CLASS! • You can begin class by reading your book today.

  2. TODAY • Warm-up-READ • Review Vocabulary Unit 2 • Review Social Contracts • Begin Set-up for Reader’s Notebook (spiral)and “My Reading History”

  3. CAT (Cougar Assignment Tracker) • From now on, you need a book of your own to read for class every day! You also need a binder with notebook paper and a pencil bag full of supplies! You also need your CAT! • Vocabulary unit 2-HW due and quiz-Friday-September 6 (per. 1, 4, and 6) • PICTURE DAY-Friday, September 6-(per. 2, 5, and 7)

  4. PRIDE period • READ and/or • STUDY and/or • WORK ON HOMEWORK and/or • ORGANIZE YOUR BINDER, etc. • YOU MUST BE QUIET • YOU MUST WORK INDEPENDENTLY! • If you need help on something, just come ask me! Don’t forget about re-tests, late work, make-up work, etc.)
