ACT is a nationally known not-for-profit organization based in Iowa City, Iowa It is best known for ACT college entrance exam ACT developed WorkKeys as systematic approach to bridge this skill gap. It is a national program for documenting and improving transferable workplace skills. Developed to identify the skills people need to be successful on the job and to determine where additional training can improve performance. Designed in such a way to provide employers, labor, educators, and other community stakeholders with a common language to communicate to one another in terms of skill requirements in the workplace.ACT is a nationally known not-for-profit organization based in Iowa City, Iowa It is best known for ACT college entrance exam ACT developed WorkKeys as systematic approach to bridge this skill gap.
