Ensure operational stability and instrument performance in ALL modes Verification of in-flight antenna performance Verification of the internal calibration/instrument gain monitoring External Characterisation of the ASAR Antenna Verify the quality requirements for ALL products and tune the processor / instrument settings if necessary Perform the absolute product calibration: Antenna Pattern determination for all 32 beams and Absolute gain calibration for all beams and modes Demonstrate in-flight ASAR multi-mode interferometry and AP capabilities Validate the new wave mode products Establish the activities to be performed during routine phase Commissioning Phase Objectives

Establish continuous monitoring of the antenna using special calibration modes. Adjustment of Instrument settings / gains Perform basic processor verification and product calibration.
