  1. FIRE PROTECTING VALVES

INTRODUCTION • A complete fire protection system is highly important to save the lives of the people and safeguard the valuables in any building premises. Firemen is fully dependent on fire valves as they are installed in the equipment, used to prevent fire from the uncontrolled situation by following the protocols. • We manufacture Fire valves that ensure safety in any operations.

GATE VALVE • Gate valve is primarily used on the fluid pipeline, it functions by uplifting the gate out of the path, it is a linear motion valve, used to start or stop the flow of fluid. • In a fire protection system, gate valves are designed as control valves. OS&Y gate valves are used to do cut-off operations and zone control valves serve in the fire security systems. The working system inside the valve is traceable as such it is highly preferred in the stake indicators in lieu of wheels.

  5. GLOBE VALVE • A Globe valve regulates flow in a pipeline. Globe valves are spherical body in shape with movable disc and unmovable ring seat and the two halves are separated by an internal baffle, it has an opening that is stewed to shut the valve. • In a fire protection system, globe valve permits the users to perform on/off and do throttle in fire sprinklers. By using movable disc, it is easy to increase or decrease the flow and it is used in high and low temperature. 

  6. BUTTERFLY VALVE • In a fire protection system, butterfly valves serve as control valves during water flow. The valve is fitted with electronic switches used to interfere and communicate with a control panel; this happens when the disc of the valve rotates. • Butterfly valves include two tamper switches, one is used in connection with fire control, and the other is connected with a bell.
