How to incorporate WASH in NTD programmes? • Target behaviour change communication to improve desired hygiene / sanitation practices • Ensure departments responsible for Water and Sanitation are active members of NTD programme task force/committees/steering groups • Advocate for WASH initiatives to be prioritised to NTD endemic areas • Promote improved sanitation facilities/strategies that reduce vector breeding sites
