  2. Introduction Mercedes-Benz is a German manufacturer of automobiles, buses, coaches, and trucks. Mercedes-Benz is one of the most well-known and established automotive brands in the world, and is also the world’s oldest automotive brand still in existence today.

  3. Conflict However, Mercedes-Benz is in a substantial decrease of profit strategies of the company due to lack of innovation and competitors strategies.

  4. Innovation Innovation is one of the lows of Mercedes-Benz, if the company cared more of the environment it would attract more costumers. One of the costumers attractions about products today is their care for the enviornment.

  5. Solution If Mercedes-Benz added solar panels or water powered systems to their vehicles they would attract more people by letting them know that they aren’t just saving our planet but they are saving money in gasoline, natural gas and other fuels.

  6. CompetitorStrategies We will fix our Competitor strategies by the advertising method, we are going to show that our vehicles are better than others because they don't damage the environment attracting more the costumers which would increase our sales.
