This update outlines key communications activities from HSE during 2011-2012. We shifted to a digital-first policy, updating outdated guidance and enhancing our website with over 200 FAQs. Our e-bulletin now boasts 54,000 subscribers, and Financial support for Working Well Together remained steady, with over 60 events held. New groups were formed to clarify roles, while future plans include improved website content and evaluations. Collaborations with industry partners will continue, alongside maintaining crucial publications that focus on simple, straightforward guidance.
