  2. Stress is the body's reaction to the challenge or demand of any situation. It is the outcome of the physical emotion of any event that makes the person feel frustrated, nervous, and angry. Stress can occur at the workplace to complete the task before the timeline or staying in the office a little later at night. These factors correspond to stress and lead to sleeping disorders in the end. The sleep deficit can always make the person mentally slower and more emotional.
