Client Scenario Is PLA appropriate for the client? • Ask: What previous experience do you have? • Work experience in occupation related to intended education program? • Certifications or certificates related to intended education program? • Prior experience through military service? • Prior experience through volunteer work? • Self-directed learning? • What are the follow-up questions? What is missing?
