Enhanced Results Finally a lab report that’s easy to understand The lab report you already know now includes a link that references an enhanced report format for easier review.
Enhanced Results Overview • Abnormal views are summarized at the top of the report for easy access. • HTML enhanced report accessed from the “paperclip” attachment. • Only takes minutes to configure or “turn on” for already existing results interfaces. • HTML report is in your EMR-Link account, so no storage requirements. • Forward report to colleagues internally or send secure email to send to providers outside your organization (currently with Kryptiq Secure Messaging only).
Patient View Overview • Physician comments can be recorded for results you want the patient to focus on • Select All/Unselect All those tests or language you don’t want to appear in the Patient View copy • Remember/Save commonly used comments to reduce typing & link to a test where appropriate • Upload your clinic’s graphic or logo to personalize

Patient View Overview • Patient View copy can be printed & mailed to the patient • OR • Sent securely by email with Kryptiq’s Secure Messaging • Patient View copies saved & stored in your EMR-Link account & sent as an additional attachment to the Lab report in the EMR • Transaction record for Patient View sent to EMR as a signed separate note, recording details of print/email activity
Complete Transaction Detail is recorded in EMR when Enhanced Results are shared: either by print or email, to Patient or Provider Transaction detail records any action in the chart

Portal View The same PDF sent to your Patient Portal Providers can communicate what they want their patients to know, then send the PDF to their Patient Portal in an easy to read format
New Features Auto-Send Normal Results to Patient Portals Practices can now “Auto-Send” normal results to patients via portal or secure email
All details are included in the transaction note when results are emailed or printed. • Patient View transaction document closes the loop in the EMR by automatically recording in the patient’s chart any actions taken for communicating results to the patient.
