Maintenance • Seasonal flowers & mulching of Castlewood & Falling Leaf entrances, medians and falling leaf entrance • Repairs to tarp pylons at pool (Ike damage) • Tree removal & replacement (pine beetles) • Flag replacement • Holiday decorations • Electrical repair at Falling leaf • Applewood pool cabana ceiling fan & security light replacement • Report street light outages to TNP at (888) 866-7456 – multiple reports of security light vandalism and outages 8

Deed Restriction • 54 Violation Notices sent • Vehicles Cars, Boats, RV’s, trailers stored in drive/grass • General Appearance Trash, Algae stains, Window Trim, Mowing • Notices on damaged fences suspended since Ike. Request have been made for clean up of downed fences. • Change in fencing requires ACC approval

Billed January 1, 2009 and due by April 1, 2009. • WTHOA dues still among lowest in Friendswood • Increased energy costs impact HOA fees • Comparison of WTHOA dues to others in Friendswood • West Ranch (proposed) $1500 • Friendswood Lakes $495 • Eagle Lakes $395 • Falcon Ridge II $395 • Falcon Ridge I (no pool) $195 • Forest of Friendswood (NP) $395 and up
