Creative Kids Art Program for Ages 5-12

Introduce your child to various art practices & activities. Sessions include 3D clay painting, Patchwork Animals, Stencil & Graffiti Art, and Jackson Pollock style painting. Each session focuses on different techniques for a unique masterpiece to take home. Coordinated by Professional Artist Helen Pollard at Seabrook Community Centre. $20 per session or $35 for the full day. BYO lunch. Bookings essential. Wear old clothing.

  1. School Holiday Programs DEVELOP YOUR CHILD’S CREATIVITY Introduction to different types of art practices and activities for children aged between 5 and 12 years of age. Monday 13th January 10-12: 3D clay painting - paint a beautiful landscape then create a clay bug or butterfly to live on your painting. 12-2.30- Patchwork Animals - using different types of fabrics create your animals then glue onto a collage background - Monday 20th January 10-12: Stencil and Graffiti Art on Canvas - learn about Graffiti artists and create your own style. 12.30-2.30:Jackson Pollock - Learn about action painting and create your own crazy painting. $20 per session or Stay all day = $35 BYO lunch Each session your child will take home a unique master piece and develop their art knowledge. This class introduces children to a variety of drawing, painting and sculptural processes. We aim to expose participants t a range of fun yet educational exercises that being to teach them the elements of seeing and translating both on a visual and expressive level.
