Website Overview Electronic Processing • Customized websites by participating state • Electronic funds transfer via seamless electronic interface to government accounting systems Howard is pleased to offer an XML-based (CBL standard) Punch-out system. Our capabilities include: • Downloading product configurations • Requesting quotes for a configuration • Submission of an order by Credit-Card & PO • Acknowledgements of all transactions

Website Overview Additional Features and Services AUDITING • The Howard Order System verifies all quotes before they are saved to ensure that all applied discounts are correct. • Once a quote is turned into an order, the system again verifies that the discounts are applied, and that pricing is accurate. • Howard order entry personnel compare the order to the original quote to ensure that all pricing components are correct. • Once the product is shipped, an invoice is generated, and is compared to the order and the Bill of Lading to ensure that all pricing components are correct. • Howard audits the system on a monthly basis for the WSCA contract.
