Our strategic roadmap is designed to challenge and inspire youth within the church to commit to Jesus Christ and actively change their world for Him. We are committed to Christ-centered, life-transforming ministry that is missional, relational, and inclusive. By addressing gaps through tactical initiatives, we aim to create a trajectory that encompasses diversity, servanthood, and innovative approaches to engage youth effectively. Together, we can build meaningful relationships that reflect our values and fulfill our mission to proclaim the gospel in relevant ways.

YU Strategic RoadmapHelping Churches challenge youth to make a commitment to Jesus Christ and to change their world for Him Features Our values infuse all that we do…Christ-centered, Life Changing/Transforming, Within the context of the Church, Missional – proclaiming the gospel to youth in relevant ways, Reformed perspective, while being inclusive to whom we serve, Relational – building and valuing personal relationships and relationships with God, Intentionally Inclusive and Diverse– ethnically, culturally, denominationallyand geographically. We also incorporate diversity, servanthood, pro-active approaches, improved communication, and innovation into all aspects of YU’s ministries.

  2. Tactical Initiatives • Definition: When combined the tactical initiatives will address multiple gaps and establish a trajectory towards fulfilling the strategic roadmap. Not any one initiative will put us on the trajectory – only in combination.
