DOM Local Gov Project Summary • Replace Current Spreadsheet Processes With Web Based Processes To • Allow Local Government To Prepare & Certify Budgets • Submit Annual Reports • Provide Public On-line Access To Budgets & Reports Scope Completed 2/29/2008 Design Funding Of $64,000 Being Requested

Citizen Impact • Give Citizens Access To Local Government Budget And Annual Financial Report Information • Provide Local Government A Website Site To Prepare & Submit Annual Budgets & Financial Reports for: • 99 Counties • 100 Agricultural Extension Districts • 107 County And City Assessors • 45 County Hospitals, • 58 Benefited Fire Districts, • Approximately 50 Other Local Benefited Districts • 1,600 Townships • Provide DOM A Website To Prepare & Certify Tax Levies To County Auditors & Perform Analysis On Local Government Financial Data • Provide Web Analysis Data To Other Agencies And Outside Organizations (e.g. DHS, Legislature, State Auditor, ISAC, Iowa Farm Bureau)
