  1. SANCOCHO!! Luis Julian is having a huge party at his house! He invited his math classmates to eat sancocho and play baseball. His friends eat a lot of food so he had to plan for his meal. He started by planning how much meat he was going to need. He knew that 2 pounds of pork would only feed 5 of his hungry friends. If he invited 10 friends, how much pork will he need? 15 friend? All 25 classmates?

  2. Taxi This weekend Mr. G visited his cousin, Miladi. She lives in Los Jardines del Este. In order to return to his apartment in Villa del Norte, Mr. G. called a taxi to pick him up. The drive was about 3 km and cost 150 RD$. Find the cost for: 6 km 9 km 18 km
