~Instill self-esteem and love of torah~facilitates pursuit of torah life • Inspiration: • Rabbi NoachOrlowek – • Instill self-esteem so children respect themselves, do not look elsewhere • Lack of love for Torah in homes • Implementation: To instill self-esteem: • Act with warmth and love toward my students • Differentiate Instruction so every student can shine To instill a love of Torah: • Radiate with enthusiasm = role modeling • John Dewey’s pragmatic style active learning and thus gain ownership and love Torah
